Project Overview

This project involves the implementation of an integrated digital health platform across multiple hospitals and healthcare facilities within Central Clinic Azerbaijan. The platform digitizes clinical workflows, patient records, laboratory operations, medical imaging, inventory management, and hospital administrative processes under a unified and centralized architecture.

The project started in 2014 and has been continuously enhanced and customized to meet the evolving needs of Central Clinic and Azerbaijan's healthcare environment. The system improves coordination between healthcare facilities, increases operational efficiency, and supports data-driven clinical decision-making.

The platform enables real-time access to patient information across all hospitals and provides a scalable multi-hospital digital health infrastructure. The system is currently active and operational, supporting integrated healthcare delivery across multiple facilities.

The system operates on a Unified Database Schema, allowing all hospitals to function within a single integrated data model while maintaining role-based access control and secure data governance.
