Project Descrıptıon

This project involves the implementation of a fully integrated, high-security digital health platform at the Military Mother and Child Hospital in Algeria. The system was specifically designed for a military healthcare environment where confidentiality, operational continuity, and data security are critical requirements.

The implemented solution provides a comprehensive Hospital Information System (HIS) integrating clinical, administrative, operational, and management workflows into a unified digital ecosystem. The platform enables real-time access to patient data, improves care coordination, and supports evidence-based decision-making across all hospital departments.

The system has been in continuous active operation for more than three years and has evolved through extensive localization and customization to meet Algerian military healthcare requirements. More than 1,500 clinical and administrative forms were localized in French and Arabic, and over 40 fully integrated modules were implemented on a single centralized platform.

Due to the military nature of the hospital, the system was designed with a secure, air-gapped architecture operating without internet connectivity. Multi-layer security mechanisms, role-based access control, encrypted communication, and comprehensive audit logging ensure military-grade data protection and operational integrity.

Multılıngual Localızatıon

The platform was fully localized to support multilingual operation, including:

• Arabic (RTL)
• French
• English

Arabic language support included full Right-to-Left (RTL) interface adaptation across all modules, including clinical forms, reports, dashboards, and administrative workflows. More than 1,500 clinical and administrative forms were localized to meet national and military operational requirements.
