  • Health Tourism Center in Gaziantep

    Gaziantep which is among 16 provinces called as “District Health Attractiveness Center” by Ministry of Health turns to be a Health Tourism Center. By means of health investments besides public institutions made also by private health care institutions and increase in number of physician and health care staff in Gaziantep, there are a great amount of increase in number of bed. Number of bed rose from 2090 in 2002 to 3436 in 2009, number of health care staff rose from 3331 to 9521 and number of intensive care bed rose 95 to 396. While people were able to have dialysis service in only 3 provinces, now they are able to have that service in all provinces. Besides early diagnosis of cancer, screening and training centers, the first Burn and Scar Treatment Center in Turkey is now offering service in Av. Cengiz Gökçek State Hospital. detail
